30 Days Challenge: Day 4

“Go and make mistakes, make amazing mistakes, make glorious and fantastic mistakes. Break the rules. Leave the world more interesting for you being here.” (Neil Gaiman)

-How can you loosen your grip and allow yourself to experiment and make mistakes in crafting your job and career?
-How can you show more compassion to yourself?
-How can you strengthen your resilience to step into more unfamiliar, uncharted territories?
-How can you step out from your comfort zone to the stretch and growth zones?

“The right question is usually more important than the right answer.” (Plato)

This is a quest for anyone who wants a more satisfying work. For 30 days, I intend to pose one (random) set of questions per day; questions which could help start a conversation about you and your work life, who you are and what should you be asking from the world of work.

Through curiosity and bias to action, you can start, then, do something, no matter how small, for getting closer to the work and career that work for you.

READY TO TALK?

A 60-minute conversation to see if we're the right fit. No pitch, no pressure — just an honest exchange.
