I never set out to become a coach, when I started my career.
I was solving business problems and managing teams when someone handed me high-potential trainees to develop 'alongside' my real work.
Didn't think much of it, yet the pattern was already there. The 'got a minute?' questions that became career-changing conversations. The unscheduled discussions that shifted perspective better than any scheduled review. The weekly presence that built more than workshops ever could.
As I took a step back and paid attention, I finally saw it: the side project had become the core, the 'alongside' was the real work. And now, years later, I've named it, owned it and made it my craft.

Act to generate insight
We don't have to wait for the perfect idea, the spark of inspiration, or the 'right time.' Start before you're ready: take the small steps, test the rough idea, see what works. The doing brings clarity that overthinking never could.

Let go of control
I used to think figuring everything out ahead of time would make change easier. Instead, I've learned that certainty is an expensive illusion. Trust the process, stay open, and allow space for uncertainty – this is the uncomfortable truth, yet most often the path to meaningful growth.
Get comfortable with discomfort
Change isn't supposed to feel easy all the time. Learning to recognize fear without letting it dictate my choices has been one of the most powerful shifts. It's not that I never get stuck - it's that now I can catch myself when fear takes over, acknowledge it, and move forward with kindness.
These lessons don’t make things perfect, but they do make change possible.
